The staff throughout my stay were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. I enjoyed a really clean room, it had great facilities. The free parking made everything SO much easier. The breakfast options were good. I tried lots of options.
my ONLY TINY gripe was that the shower pressure was a little low, but it was manageable.

I found the ground floor room very helpful because of its easy access. the parking facility was good and close to the rooms. This made moving luggage simple. the family room was large enough for our needs. the staff were helpful when we needed directions or assistance.
the car park entrance was not well lit! it was difficult to see at night. i noticed cobwebs in the room.

the staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. the room was well maintained and clean. the beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
The television reception was awful. I only got about three main channels. the room seemed like a sauna, and there was no air conditioning to adjust the temperature. i noticed a steady stream of ambulances passing by due to the nearby hospital, and their sirens were quite loud.

the evening meal in the restaurant was a delight it wasn't too expensive. i must mention that the staff were very cute and helpful i felt seen. the location was a great benefit to my stay very easy to reach via car. i had everything i needed and felt very well looked after by the team.
the bathroom felt a little tired it needs some tlc to bring it up to standard i noted some loose fixtures and fittings.

Underwhelming Stay. Issues Need Addressing

My stay wasnt great. A chunk of plaster fell from the roof while I was getting ready. The housekeeper said she would give me a bucket if it rained so I could dump the water in the sink. The WiFi was terrible in the rooms. It was literally nonexistent. I wont stay again.
